~ VILLA de CHILLOUT ~ a place to relax and enjoy one of best sunsets in the world - a 150m2 Chalet (plus terraces) of stylish fun with a POOL. There are 4 good sizes Sun Terraces - with 3 separate chillout lounges and the 4th terrace has sun deck lounge chairs sun. The Roof Top terrace has panorama views!  The Villa is first of line with outstanding Coastline, Sea and Sunset views - 1 of the first built Villas in the Cap Negret area near San Antonio on a headland above cliffs and coastline that gives outstanding sea sunset island and San Antoni Bay views. The location is peaceful and private at the end of a small road in a privileged area -  far from the maddening crowds of central San Antoni!

Naturally cooled by Summer sea breezes. All bedrooms have large fans and good cross ventilation from outside with mosquito screens on all doors and windows plus nets above beds and 100% cotton sheets.
  Local swimming is either - a5 minute walk to a cliff coastline walk down to a secret location with grotto cave and amazing water OR a 15-minute walk to sandy Cala Gracio Beach OR Cala Salada Beach a 10 drive away - 1 of Ibiza best beaches.
The Villa is a stand-alone Classic Chalet style located in a privileged area with a green setting of pine trees please see my photos for location.
The Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 persons either a family OR  2 or 3 couples  or friends - the bedding options are - Bedroom No.1 with King bed,  Bedroom No.2 with Queen bed OR as 2x singles and Bedroom No.3 either as 2 x single beds OR it can be made up as a King sized bed for a 3rd couple if required. Please read below "other things to note" regarding bedrooms and their layout to each other.
All beds have high-quality mattresses and 100% pure cotton linen make comfortable summer sleeping. 
Main Features are:-  a private good sized Pool that is naturally shaded by trees for summer. 1 Main Bathroom, a 2nd Toilet in the Bedroom No.1.  and 2nd shower and a 3rd toilet in the 3rd bed room. Total of 2 showers and 3 toilets are in the Villa.
4 different Sun Terraces to choose from depending on the time of day and the season - the Roof Terrace has a chillout lounge area with panorama coastline water views including across San Antoni Bay and the famous sunset with islands off the West coast of Ibiza. Great for sunsets and cool nighttime viewing of the lights of San Antoni Bay.
In Summer the main terrace with theBBQ, Bar and chillout lounge are very popular for alfresco dining and relaxing.
The Kitchen is well set up with black granite bench tops, commercial glass door bar style refrigerators, a gas cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven, RO water filter system for drinking water so NO more bottled water to buy!
The villa also has security lighting, security system and strong box, Hi-Fi sound system and High-Speed Optic Cable WIFI access, FM Radio with an external antenna, internal fireplace with a curved lounge that is super cosy and romantic for the cooler months. Also, an alfresco breakfast/lunch/dinner sitting next to the BBQ + Bar on the main sun terrace, a separate shaded Chillout setting with a cosy garden Chimney near the pool. Its very popular in Spring and Autumn watching the stars at night.

A VILLA FOR ALL SEASONS  its also Romantic being cosy and warm for the cooler months. The villas a 2 large infrared heating panels 1 in the living room 1 in the main bedroom plus there is a wood heater is located in the snug lounge room and a large electric oil heater warms the snug if your too lazy use the fireplace. Plus the main bathroom has a heated floor which is warm and dry this also helps warm the whole villa. The villa is draft proofed for the cooler months. The Chimney, BBQ and the interior Fireplace are all supplied with endless firewood so you're extra cosy! There are 4 Sun Terraces and the entry porch which are microclimate suntraps and surprisingly hot even in winter when sunny.  See my photo of a wooden top table that faces due south and is sheltered - a perfect place to go for breakfast in the morning like a lizard warming up in the morning sun. When sunny there is always a nice protected spot outside from the wind on 1 of the 4 sun terraces.
 
Walking/trekking trails are only 3 minutes from the villa - the best on the island and are very popular with guests. With stunning coastline water views and little-hidden beaches to discover - Punda Galeria and Cala Salada beach.  Located only a 5-minute drive from famous Café del Mar and the centre of San Antonio yet far enough out of town at end of a small road with no passing traffic ...see my last 2 photos for the Villas general location.

The Villas History - the villa was built in the 50s by a French Artist and his Photographer wife which remains the Villas theme today.

CONDITIONS of RENTAL - by booking the Villa you AGREE to the understanding that guests must have a Reasonable Level of Expectations as some guest can be extremely and unreasonably fussy.  I strive to supply a beautiful well maintained good valued Villa - as close to perfection that is possible. 
I offer a Villa not a 5 Star Hotel with its much higher rental cost. I do strive for perfection however its a normal part of Life when renting any property that you may experience failure of electrical or machanical items or adverse weather conditions during your stay. 
I promise to respond quickly - usually within 1 hour and solve the problem within 1 day - IF you let me know - rather than complain later in your unreasonable Offical Review. Remembering the happiness mantra - " Happiness is not a destination - its a way of Life " :)

Rates are fully inclusive - including all cleaning and laundry costs - with FREE in between cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every 7 days  :)  

Both Bath and Pool towels are supplied. Bath towels are high quality 5 Star Hotel style and their replacement cost due to guest damage is 50e per towel.
Additional daily cleaning service is available on request.

Check in time is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am to allow for a full professional clean. I will do my best to be flexible and to help you match your flights !

Bedroom Access - the 3 bedrooms layout suits 99% of all potential guests. The main bedroom No.1 with a King size bed has both internal access through the villa and  external out through double doors . The internal access is through bedroom No.2 with a Queen size bed ( or as 2 singes)- which is ideal for small children or close friends. There is a lockable door between the 2 bedrooms for privacy and again BOTH bedrooms have their own separate external access to the rest of the villa of and all of the outside areas. Bedroom No.3 has external access only. This bedroom is ideal for teens or a couple or grandparents - as  its on the ground floor level with no stairs. Bedroom No.3  the bedding option is either 2 x single beds OR 1 x King bed. Plus the bedroom has its own shower and toilet shown in my photos :)  A babies cot and high chair is also available on request for the villa. 

The villa is in Off Season mode December till April before Easter - normally the pool will be empty as its too cold to use and the 3rd bedroom is used as a general storage room for all the alfresco Summer furniture. Off Season the villa suits most guests whom are usually 2 to 4 persons - as the fireplace snug keeps the villa warm cozy and romantic as the 2 bedrooms are above. Please ask if you need the 3rd bedroom as well.
Firewood is supplied ALL year round for the BBQ, Garden Chimney and internal Fireplace to enjoy !
