Originally owned by an eccentric Swiss Art Dealer in the 60s and 70s - which remains the fincas theme today. Set high on a hill 2 minutes a 1 km drive from the Church of San Agustin Village.  The Finca has a backdrop of pine forests surrounded with stone walled terraces of olive, almond, pomegranate and carob trees.
Private and peaceful yet close to Sant Antoni the Egg Monument the center of San Antoni is 10 minutes away while San Joshep village is 7 minutes away.
The best beaches and sunsets of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are only 10 minutes away 
The Finca is set on 2 levels and has 3 sun terraces - 1 is always bliss!
Step into the Finca you come into a large grand-size Entry / Gallery room with high ceilings, abstract art, and a fireplace. An adjoining large lounge room has extensive seating with 2 leather lounges around a 2nd fireplace with more abstract art.
Provincial style all new kitchen has marble bench tops and modern appliances for cooking and serving for 14 guests. Gaggenau gas cooktop, Gaggenau 4-season oven, dishwasher and RO filtered drinking water, large icemaking refrigerator-freezer, etc. The kitchen has an adjoining eating area inside OR out to a large covered Summer terrace with exterior seating for 12+ persons! The Finca has just been rewired with new power points and switches and new plumbing with new fittings.
The Finca has a total of 7 bedrooms - 3 inside the Finca - and 3 at the rear with external access which is ideal for guests or teenagers and Studio in the garden. All bedrooms have new beds and 100% cotton linen and Air-conditioning.
The Finca has a flexible usage suitable for 2 romantic persons (discounts on request) OR up to 14 persons / 2 families or a group of friends.
Bedroom No.1 is on the ground level double size with a fireplace and its own large ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom No.2 is double size room with a fireplace and its own private terrace. 
The bedroom has a Queen size bed.
Bedroom No.3 is an ideal children's bedroom with bedding options of both 1 x King size bed or 2 x single beds. Both B/R No.2.and 3 are on the 2nd level. 
Bedroom No.4 is bedroom looks across the pool and Moroccan courtyard

Bedrooms No.5 and No.6 are at the rear of the Finca -have a shared bathroom and its own kitchenette perfect for privacy from the rest of the Finca - ideal for guests and teenagers.

Bedroom No.7 is a fully self-contained Studio in the Garden - the Zen room - with a bathroom and kitchenette and outstanding views.
The Finca has 3 sun terraces. One large main covered Summer terrace off the kitchen with BBQ and a large wooden table with seating for 12 + guests makes this an ideal place for meals during the warm Summer months.  A 3rd terrace is on the 2nd level having outstanding panoramic views of the sea, San Antoni Bay, and the surrounding provincial countryside.
Main Finca Features are:-
*New kitchen with high-quality Gaggenau gas cooktop, oven microwave, and grill - new large refrigerator with filtered chilled water and ice maker - new dishwasher - marble bench tops! Fully set up for 10 guests. 
* new bed linen and towels - beach towels also proved.
*Large high-quality jacuzzi with lights and music - the temperature is set at 26c  and water is sanitized and changed on each rental. 
*Finca also has a quality sound system, high-speed fiber optic internet cable and 4 fireplaces.
*Functional - practical - creative Ibiza style  - friendly customized service for all guests.
*Spring water on tap from San Rafel (the best water on Ibiza) is trucked and used in the Finca - a big plus - rather than the chemical-loaded desalinated water most of Ibiza has to endure. 

*Reverse Osmosis drinking water filter - which means no bottled water to buy.

This historical Finca has designer furniture and abstract art creating a relaxing earthy creative feeling - a peaceful ambiance - a private oasis far from soulless commercialism and the maddening crowds of Summer ................... a blissful space to return to at the end of each day !

CONDITIONS of RENTAL - by booking the Finca you AGREE to the understanding that guests must have a Reasonable Level of Expectations as some guests can be extremely and unreasonably fussy.  I strive to supply a beautiful well maintained good valued Finca - as close to perfection that is possible. 
I offer an authentic Finca not a 5 Star Hotel with its much higher rental cost. I do strive for perfection however its a normal part of Life when renting any property you may experience failure of electrical or mechanical items or adverse weather conditions during your stay. 
I promise to respond quickly - usually within 1 hour and solve the problem within 1 day - IF you let me kno :) Remembering the happiness mantra - " Happiness is not a destination - its a way of Life " :)

Rates are fully inclusive - including all cleaning and laundry costs - with FREE in between cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every 7 days  :)  

Both Bath and Pool towels are supplied. Bath towels are high-quality 5 Star Hotel style and their replacement cost due to guest damage is 50e per towel.
Additional daily cleaning service is available on request.

Check-in time is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am to allow for a full professional clean. I will do my best to be flexible and to help you match your flights !
